I have made it my personal Mission to find the best in Singapore .. and I might just be getting close! Manhattan bar located in the Regent Hotel, is an indulgent miss of old class charm, brooding atmosphere, smouldering cocktails and oh so good food. This is an adults only brunch that features not only a Bloody Mary station but a whiskey milkshake stand (OMG) and six (count them six!) bespoke cocktails for you to work your way through. A small but very well stocked buffet (seafood, fresh bagels, salads and amazing desserts) are complemented by two breakfast course and three lunch courses that are served at your table. I've most of these places for brunch. It seems to be a popular thing here. Never used to do them in Australia as much.
