The Bar Pintxos story began in 2003 with two friends, Tinchu Gonzalez and Miguel Vecin, and their shared passion for good food. That year, they established their Spanish delicatessen brand, Tierra de España.
In the beginning, Tinchu stood at the helm of Tierra's operations while Miguel created recipes for their locally-produced chorizos and smoked meats alongside his corporate job, but soon word of Tierra's quality had spread and Miguel decided to go full-time with their food business.
