Couples will eat to their hearts desires as Racines presents an unforgettable epicurean set dinner menu at $259.90 for two persons, comprising highlights of Caviar with Smoked Salmon Espuma, Celeriac and Lime, Langoustine with Scampi Tartare, Crustacean Gelée, Yuzu and Avocado, Slow-roasted Pigeon Breast with Pigeon Leg Confit Foie Gras en Croûte and Red Wine Jus as well as Pan-seared Cod with Soya Sauce, Charred Leeks and Bonito Sauce. The Summer Opalys Berries dessert comprising whipped chocolate ganache, consommé and berry sorbet crumbs, offer a sweet conclusion to the indulgent occasion. The pair may also elevate their gastronomic experience with specially paired wines, at an additional $100 for two persons.
For a romantic dinner experience in luxurious exclusivity, couples can choose to celebrate their love intimately in the privacy of the Library at 1864 Lobby Lounge, the hotel's intimate space with majestic woody accents, limited to a couple per day. Available at $688++ for two persons, the experience includes a bottle of Tattinger Brut Reserve and roses.

Couples can choose to partake in an afternoon tea date at 1864 lobby lounge, lounging on plush sofas while savouring a delightful selection of bites featuring authentic French accents.
Afternoon tea begins with savoury elements headlined by a Cod Fish Brandade with Potato Kuih Pie Tee for a well- loved local interpretation. Expect a variety of gourmet treats including a Truffle Duck Rillette Croquette, as well as a Dried Fruit Camembert and Pine Nut Tart that will tantalise taste buds.
No afternoon tea would be complete without a variety of sweets, and Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong has designed a dance of flavours and textures to entertain the palate. Stellar options include the Praline Saint Honoré and Raspberry Pistachio Gâteaux.
Favourite must-tries, enjoy Chef Sam’s Valentine’s rendition of a Strawberry Raisin Scone and plain scone accompanied with a side of clotted cream and Bonne Maman marmalade. The dessert selection is replete with chef’s choice of assorted macarons and bonbons.
The pair may opt to elevate their experience with sparkling wine at $10++ per glass, or affectionately named Valentine’s Day tipples boasting floral and citrusy notes. The Je vous aime cocktail priced at $18++ per glass, features Gin, Champagne, Watermelon, Berries, Bitter Lemonade and Dried Roses, while the Cadeau Saint Valentin mocktail, priced at $13++, highlights ingredients of Seedlip Spice 94, Cranberry, Yuzu and Bitter Lemonade.
