Sofitel Singapore City Centre serenades couples this Valentine’s Day with a gastronomic five-course set dinner and elegant afternoon tea for two, available from 12 to 14 February 2022.
Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois and his retinue will set the atmosphere for romance with an exquisite five-course set dinner menu of fine French classics complete with two glasses of Taittinger Brut Reserve, and a rose for each pair of lovers.
Couples will eat to their hearts desires as Racines presents an unforgettable epicurean set dinner menu at $259.90 for two persons, comprising highlights of Caviar with Smoked Salmon Espuma, Celeriac and Lime, Langoustine with Scampi Tartare, Crustacean Gelée, Yuzu and Avocado, Slow-roasted Pigeon Breast with Pigeon Leg Confit Foie Gras en Croûte and Red Wine Jus as well as Pan-seared Cod with Soya Sauce, Charred Leeks and Bonito Sauce. The Summer Opalys Berries dessert comprising whipped chocolate ganache, consommé and berry sorbet crumbs, offer a sweet conclusion to the indulgent occasion. The pair may also elevate their gastronomic experience with specially paired wines, at an additional $100 for two persons.
For a romantic dinner experience in luxurious exclusivity, couples can choose to celebrate their love intimately in the privacy of the Library at 1864 Lobby Lounge, the hotel's intimate space with majestic woody accents, limited to a couple per day. Available at $688++ for two persons, the experience includes a bottle of Tattinger Brut Reserve and roses.
