What better follow-up to opening all your Christmas presents on the big day than a big hearty meal?
Fuel up with head chef Alton Huang’s Christmas Day Brunch ($55/person) with the option of free-flow beers, cocktails and sparkling wines ($40/person) to get you straight into a jolly mood.
Whet your appetite with the starters of Prawn Cocktail and Chicken Liver Pate before digging into the four delectable mains and accompanying sides.
Indulge in the Baked Crayfish, topped with ample homemade butter and black pepper, a Whole Sea Bass En Papillote, Roasted Australian Striplon that’s drenched in a beef fat emulsion and the quintessential Pork Knuckle Ham, alongside everyone’s favourite Mac N’ Cheese, Fried Cauliflower and Roasted Potato. A Guildhouse Christmas Pudding with crème anglaise rounds off the decadent affair.

A Holly Jolly Christmas Feast Food Menu

Skip the fuss and make a beeline for head chef Alton Huang’s over-the-top menu for your Christmas celebrations. The family-style feast (S$290) will be available all month long and can feed between six to eight people.
The joyous meal is teeming with festive favourites, presented anew. There’s the Butter Roasted Chicken, served with an aromatic scallion and ginger citronette, Smoked Pork Ribs and Pork Knuckle Ham for meat lovers. Sides include the ever-popular Mac N’ Cheese, tossed tableside with a gooey egg yolk and chillies, Fresh Greens, Roasted Potatoes and, for carb fiends, a soul-satisfying Fett’unta of charred bread topped with ample garlic, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. Dessert sees an indulgent Chocolate Cookie filled with a velvety peanut butter frosting that’ll go great with the many craft beers available on tap.
