No Christmas celebration is complete without the signature Classic Chocolate Log Cake ($60 for 1kg), and Christmas Fruit Cake ($30 for 450g). The new festive takeaway repertoire showcases impressive sweet creations such as Pandan Yam Mirror Glazed Cake ($60 for 650g) or decadent Coconut, Strawberry, Yuzu, Avocado Log Cake ($68 for 1kg).
Complementing the Yuletide sweets are highly anticipated festive savouries. Perennial favourites including the hotel’s signature Traditional Cajun Spiced Turkey ($158 for 5kg). A time-honoured Christmas classic choice for a centrepiece on any festive spread.
Satiate hearty appetites with exquisite meats this year such as the Slowcooked Australian Ribeye ($168 for 1.5kg), accompanied with roasted potatoes, winter vegetables, truffle black pepper sauce and English mustard.
The new perfectly succulent Slow-roasted Stuffed Pork Roulade ($108 for 2kg) coiled around creamy spinach, is roasted for over 3 hours. It is wonderfully flavoursome with a crispy crust and accompanying this long-standing festive delight are roasted potatoes, winter vegetables, miso dip and truffle wine sauce. It makes an impressive centrepiece for a dinner party or family meal.
Delight in the Baked Classic Minced Beef Pie ($60 for 2kg) or Creamy Turkey Pie ($42 for 1.2kg), both dishes lathered generously with velvety potato mash, quintessential staple of the season Glazed Boneless Gammon Ham ($58 for 1.2kg), served with classic giblet gravy and cranberries.
Offering the best of traditional festive classics – the Christmas Roast Feast ($398, serves 8-10pax) presents a splendid Traditional Cajun Spiced Turkey. Complementing the Christmas celebrations are the juicy Slow-cooked Australian Ribeye, Glazed Boneless Gammon Ham and the crowd-pleasing Classic Chocolate Log Cake, and Gingerbread Boy and Girl.
