Switching out their a la carte menus for something more streamlined, the award-winning restaurant has introduced a new dining format with set menus that will present guests with the complete Morsels experience, through tasting dishes from snacks and small plates, to mains and desserts.

On the new menu, guests can expect brand new palate-pleasing dishes such as Grilled Primrose Farms St. Louis Pork Ribs with pineapple kimchi and spiced rice, Aged Duck Breast with chinese chive pesto capellini and mussels, Truffle Braised Live Korean Abalone with ajitsuke quail tamago and wheatberry, as well as Ora King Salmon Aburi with baek kimchi (white kimchi) and barley.
