La Bisboccia

Officially recognised by the Italian Government, La Bisboccia is reminiscent of a winery in the basement where you feel like you're in a restaurant somewhere in Italy. While looking at the kitchen, the atmosphere of the deep main dining hall makes you forget you are in Tokyo. Dynamically directed dishes, including Florentine steaks grilled on the main dining grill, are the same as they were when the restaurant was founded in 1993.  Photo Credit: ラ・ビスボッチャ La Bisboccia

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Tokyo. They bring a cart with fresh seafood, vegetables, cheeses and meats and you can chose whatever you want. They then recommend the style of cooking and menu that uses those ingredients. I tried T-bone steak this time and it was amazing.  Tsukasa Micasa
