Chicken Up Korean Restaurant

Published - 30 April 2021, Friday

Chicken Up, Singapore’s No.1 Korean Fried Chicken, has been home to authentic Korean dishes and the Chicken we all love for several years now. Known for its unique taste due to its preparation, Chicken Up’s distinct flavor is mainly because each chicken part is treated to a 12 hours marinating process using the original Chicken Up recipe and then deep-fried to seal in the flavours. This process ensures that every piece is bursting with succulent juices and tenderness to create a great satisfying taste.

If the goal is to ‘Eat.Drink.Chill’ then Chicken Up is a worthy spot for your consideration. If you’re not savvy with the divine combination of fried chicken, sticky sauces and watermelon soju — here’s where you’ll get an enjoyable education. Standout classics include soya chicken wings, and for seekers of spice, yangnyum chicken. Don’t leave without getting your fill of kimchi fries — they’re the bomb. Prepare to dig into the chicken goodness, and get your hands dirty with deliciousness.. also, trust us when we advise not wearing white to this one!

Fried chicken is probably the best thing since sliced bread. So, naturally, this one had to be on the list. Quite well known as the best Korean fried chicken in the city of Singapore, there are not one but two outlets that open late at night. Their wings literally burst with flavours with each bite courtesy to the unique way of preparing them. Each part of the chicken is carefully marinated for 12 long hours before it is deep fried. Spices will naturally seep deep into the core of the muscle and burst out with every bite. Although chicken up specializes in wings, they also pride themselves on other portions like half chicken, popcorn chicken, noodles, salads and a variety of fries. So, chin up as you queue up outside Chicken Up for a sumptuous treat.
