The Tamarind Restaurant's Chef Daniel Jarrett has mastered the culinary arts through his 18 years of experience and many accolades. Leading an Asian fusion experience and originally French-trained, Daniel has been delighting foodies in South East Queensland for many years. His passion for food, combined with his outstanding ability has seen him receive a number of awards, most notably receiving one Chef Hat in the 2019 Australian Good Food Guide awards.
There are lunch, dinner, and picnic menus available for your pleasure. For lunch and dinner, there will be 3 courses with a selection of delicious extras. A crispy option is the whole crispy fried fish which comes with 3 flavour sauce, pickled garlic, along with toasted rice and crisp basil. There is also a vegetarian curry dish that includes seasonal vegetables, bamboo, and Thai basil.
The picnic menu includes seasonal hampers that can be enjoyed anywhere. The picnic hamper is available until sold out, priced at A$85 for two people. The hamper consists of a cheese board, charcuterie platter, house-made frittata, and mixed green garden salad with musta.
