As far as fish goes I only eat Kuhlbarra. The meat is firm and tasty. Really wholesome and very reasonably priced. It is delivered to my door and individually wrapped so it is very convenient for me to cook one or more portions.

Received my first parcel, and was blown away by the packaging already. I wasn't home in time, and by the time I came back a few hours later, it was still well iced and kept fresh in an ice box. Filets were all nicely portioned, deboned, packed and sealed separately for easy cooking later. Makes for an easy and delicious weekday dinner - just put it in a pan and you are set!

Absolutely the freshest barramundi i have ever come across. I discovered it during a day trip to Gardenasia and bought 3 boxes home. My bichon loves it and it became her daily breakfast. We steamed it with chinese wolfberries and kale or organic spinach. For ourselves we panfry or curry it or steam it teochew style using de recipe Kuhlbarra gave. Well done Kuhlbarra!
