These masterclasses offer a comprehensive exploration of flavour profiles, production techniques, and cocktail applications within each spirits category. Led by Cat Bite Club's expert team, attendees can anticipate a captivating 45-minute session featuring four carefully curated products accompanied by enlightening discussions, technical insights, historical anecdotes, and recipe recommendations.
As guests indulge their palates, they'll also enjoy perfectly paired light bites, enhancing the overall tasting experience. Reservations for Agave La and Rice Academy are available for groups of two to eight guests, priced at S$75++ per person. Sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, from 5 - 8 pm. Located at 75 Duxton Hill, Cat Bite Club offers a discreet ambience behind a secret entrance marked by a distinctive glowing red sign, featuring a playful Cheshire cat grin.
