Pizza Studio Tamaki's (PST) original blended wheat flour that has been improved and improved and finally completed after years. PST pizza is neither Neapolitan pizza nor American pizza, it is a Japanese style pizza that fits the Japanese taste.

The hype is deserved. Super-light, delicate dough with a salty punch. Sublime tomatoes and mozarella, everything tastes as if fresh-picked. Fired to perfection with smoky aftertaste. Perfect balance. I've never had better and doubt I ever will.
