Begin your culinary experience with tantalising starters like Kanom Pang Nar Puja, a crispy bread packet stuffed with crab meat, pork and seasoned prawn eggs, all complemented by a plum sauce. Enjoy the explosive flavours of Yum Ma Maung Kai Kem Goong Sod, a spicy mango salad with shredded young mango, salted egg yolk, prawns, and crispy fish.

The main courses are a symphony of colours and flavours, ranging from the hot seafood combination of Pad Cha Talay to the cosy Poo Nim Pad Poong Gari, which features soft-shell crab stir-fried in yellow curry.
