Since 2008, Ristorante Pietrasanta has been bringing authentic Tuscan flavours to Singapore. The two brothers from Tuscany, who founded the restaurant, are excited to share more flavours of their home with local diners with a new dining menu inspired by the simplicity of the town of Pietrasanta!

To go with the restaurant’s best-kept secret Burrata, there’s now a Porchetta salad of thinly sliced roasted pork belly, served with generous portions of rocket leaves, Italian tomatoes, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and a 15-year aged balsamico. 

Its fresh-made pasta now comes with a new Tagliatelle Fresche Gamberi E Pomodori Secchi, made with hand-kneaded tagliatelle, prawns, and dried tomatoes cooked in a simple olive oil, garlic, basil, and prawn broth for purity of flavours. 

Pizzas continue to grace the menu, made with the same organic dough recipe in the restaurant’s signature thin crust! The Tartufo Nero white-based pizza remains the most popular, topped with generous mozzarella and black truffle paste.

Miss not the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, 1kg of grilled Black Angus T-Bone cooked in Tuscany style medium to rare! It is served with no sauce for full appreciation of its boldness, with only a side of salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. The Galletto Disossato Arrosto is also a popular choice - a whole organic chicken from Europe that is roasted and deboned.
