As we all know, the local crowd in Singapore absolutely loves to indulge in this Italian blockbuster, and it doesn’t get better than GIO. Some crowd pleasers include the signature Rigatoni alla Carbonara- a hearty bowl of rigatoni mixed with some meaty guanciale, egg yolks and Pecorino Romano cheese, and the Pizza Fritta- a deep fried Naples pizza with copious amounts of toppings embedded deep in the dough of the pizza, making them ooze out little by little with every bite.
