The rustic & cosy interiors will take you on the start of a journey to Catalonia, accompanied by dishes such as their Gaig’s Traditional Cannelloni (SGD $14, with roasted pork & beef), the Presa Iberica and Mushroom Paella (SGD $27.20) or the Shrimp ‘all-i-pebre’ (SGD $22.30, a traditional Catalan stew).

A visit to Gaig’s wouldn’t be complete without trying out one of their light & delicious desserts as well.

Just came back from Barcelona, and the food here is as close as it can get. Highly recommend the Traditional Cannelloni and Roasted Octopus for authentic Catalan food.

Their Beef Wellington( is one of the best I’ve ever had steak was very well cooked with buttery puff pastry surrounding the juicy protein), and everything on the dessert menu; Creme Brulee, Orange Ice Cream Souffle and Pear-Infused Wine were a good round up to a delectable meal.

There were surprise factors to the creme brulee and souffle, I’ll leave it to you to try them and experience for yourself. Derryah Woo reviewed GAIG Restaurant Singapore on Facebook
