What are people saying about Comida Mexicana on Social Media? Gavin Conboy reviewed Comida Mexicana Singapore on Facebook: It was our first time eating here as we are local to the area for the last two years. The food and service was fantastic. The head host even proactively advised us that our starter was very similar to one of the mains we ordered so we changed the main to experience a different dish. The virgin strawberry and lime margaritas were excellent and we will be back. Our only development feedback is that the music (and traditional Mexican music or other) volume should be turned up a little to add to the atmosphere (not stupid loud but loud enough to get the Mexican vibe). We will definitely be back. The Tortilla chips are addictive with the Guacamole and spicy Red Salsa. Chicken Quesadillas are hearty and delectable. Carnivores will rejoice at the Carne Asada ($52)—Chef Vivian says the beef she uses is the same as that at Lawry's—with slices of juicy grain-fed beef marinated in brandy, tequila and orange juice. Some may find the beef over-marinated but I supposed Mexican cuisine is more robust, but the quality of the cut is indisputable.
