Chris Co-Heads Corporate Finance Asia for North Ridge Partners which works with leading high-growth technology companies on raising capital, growth by mergers & acquisitions and achieving exits. Based in Singapore Chris covers the South East Asia region and recent assignments include companies in:
- IOT/ Telematics;
- Gaming/ VR;
- Fintech; and
- Cloud/ Data and Security Services.
Chris previously served as an investment manager for funds managed by North Ridge Partners an Executive Director in ASX listed, APD a 360 degree digital services business, where Chris headed Asia strategy execution and M&A and an observer board member for aCommerce. He has been an active investor, operator and corporate financier for over 18 years.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business from the Universit of Technology, Sydney and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the CFA Society in Singapore. On behalf of the firm, Chris also speaks at various conferences such as the Echelon Asia Summit.
