The awareness of reducing our meat consumption is finally landing and I'm happy to see more people on this journey. With this comes the creation of many alternatives to meat but this video is here to share more on why we shouldn't loose our focus on what 'food' really means for the human diet.

When we switch to a Plant-based diet we tend to gravitate to substitute meat for processed meat substitutes in a bid to help us feel less deprived. In today's video, I talk about why this isn't a great idea because of the impact that it has on our health - and our environment.
