Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore

Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore

Bringing you the flavours of Italy, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore strives to bring you the most delicious pizzas and pastas on the island. And we do agree, their fare does come through and is best paired with some wine. Amongst their range of pasta, we recommend Tortellini Alla Bolognese and Bisque Di Aragosta made with lobster meat simmered in a tomato sauce. We also love their Pizza Lecce with bacon, sundried tomato ricotta and an oozing egg in the centre. Their Tiramisu Al Mascarpone E Caffe is made in the traditional way but their other desserts are equally divine. - Image Credit: Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore Facebook Page, amazing antipasto platter!

Singapore’s first Irish pub has sassy vibes and absolutely amazing fish and chips. Binge on Molly’s Famous Fish & Chips made with fresh white fish fillets dipped in a special house batter and deep fried till they get crispy on the outside and develop a nice, buttery flavour on the inside. Give it a good squeeze of lemon and enjoy it with their golden steak-cut chips and tartare sauce. Babasan offers a modern Asian food experience

Headed by Chef Marcus,

They call him the accidental chef. Leaving a stable polytechnic course and going into a totally different industry certainly was no easy feat. After graduation and serving out his military duties, Marcus continued to hone his skills in several restaurants from European to German to Thai, amongst others.

His keen interest though was the exploration of food and experiences by representing traditional food items in completely new ways. This often leaves the diners with a sense of familiarity yet different in a somewhat fusion mix and mash of ingredients and techniques from an array of cuisines that just bode well to each dish recreated.

Today he continually pushes the boundaries in the Restaurant’s #ModSin interpretation of Japanese-Peranakan cuisine.

So if you’re looking for something different, and dare to be adventurous, to be part of the experience and story, go on over for some #LoveCalories with Marcus and the team.
