Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl showcases the best seasonal ingredients through our daily changing degustation (omakase) menus.

You will be offered a selection of 28 key ingredients, to give diners a clearer picture of the daily used produce.

Guests can simply cross out produce they don't like or don't feel like eating that day - and Chef's will take those in consideration, including any dietary restriction - or option for vegetarian or vegan.

It's their goal to not serve guests the exact dish twice - no signature dishes, no repetition.

The beauty of the fine dining experience at Chef’s Table is the elimination of repetitive signature dishes — their philosophy exercises the goal to never serve a guest the same dish twice.

Instead, a selection of 28 key seasonal ingredients is showcased on their daily degustation menu.

Diners simply cross out ingredients they don’t prefer that day or fall under dietary restrictions, and the remainder is considered by Chef Stephan Zoisl and his kitchen team to present back lovely choices of four-course ($98++), six-course ($128++), and eight-course ($150++) meals.

They also accommodate a vegan or vegetarian option.

A wonderful concept for those who love something new, spontaneous and fresh. Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl creates a new menu daily and the team doesn’t believe in repeating a dish. Once seated, you’ll be given a selection of 28 ingredients and you can remove the ones you don’t prefer and even communicate about your dietary restrictions. Once the selection is out of the way, get ready for a tantalizing experience as dish after dish wows you with its zesty flavours wherein the fresh farm produce shines and stands out. Bon appétit!
