Influenced by the four seasons of Japan and a trademark blend of Japanese nuances and foundation, each Chef Seita dish is the materialization of a vision and harmonization of flavours and seasonal ingredients air-flown directly from Japan.

The signature Omakase, which changes regularly according to the exclusivity of hand-picked seasonal ingredients, is the embodiment of his passion for his craft.

Japanese Chef-Owner Seita Nakahara is an ambassador for the unique Tokyo Italian dining experience.

His reverence for two of the world’s richest culinary legacies – Japan’s and Italy’s – shines through his dishes.

His 20+-year career has taken him through the Italian kitchens of Tokyo in Japan; Tuscany, Sicily, and Piedmont in Italy; and ultimately here in Singapore.
