Equipped with an enterprising spirit and a deep-rooted appreciation for Bak Kut Teh, Mr. Yeo Eng Song established the original Song Fa Bak Kut Teh at Victoria Street.
He also innovated several side dishes to complement the peppery, aromatic soup.Â
