Have a look at the sizeable, glorified pasta menu at Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore — and you’ll discover a whole heap of must-try dishes, thoughtfully curated to welcome guests into an authentic Italian dining experience! Fresca stays true to their belief that ‘good food should be served in generous portions to prolong your enjoyment.’ While feasting, don’t miss out on sampling two diner favourites here — the crowd-pleasing Cannelloni Ricotta E Spinach (one of their signature oven-baked pasta dishes), along with the ever-popular Tortellini Alla Bolognese (prepared with a luscious minced beef sauce coated over the little dumplings)!

Bringing you the flavours of Italy, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore strives to bring you the most delicious pizzas and pastas on the island. And we do agree, their fare does come through and is best paired with some wine. Amongst their range of pasta, we recommend Tortellini Alla Bolognese and Bisque Di Aragosta made with lobster meat simmered in a tomato sauce. We also love their Pizza Lecce with bacon, sundried tomato ricotta and an oozing egg in the centre. Their Tiramisu Al Mascarpone E Caffe is made in the traditional way but their other desserts are equally divine.

Rightfully so, this location is know as a tourist trap in Singapore but one must acknowledge that Boast Quay sits on the border of the Great Financial District of Singapore and is frequented morning, noon and night by the higher powered brockers moving the deals across Asia, and this crowd loves to wine and dine here daily.

So, in true http://www.expatchoice.asia fashion we tried out Pasta Fresca and found we have a hidden gem, in that it's pasta is fresh home made, the service staff are relaxed, knowledgeable and very friendly but what tops the cake here is the delicious food they serve.

Piping hot, fresh form the kitchen. Today I ate the Home Made bolognese with spaghetti a drizzle of parsley and lashings of parmesan cheese. The perfect mid-afternoon late lunch fuel up. The glass of house wine was perfect. A large glass and generous with the serving. All at a reasonable price. I will be back.... and next time with my team! When you visit ask if Jacopo is around.... he has all the news on the Italian community in Singapore if you are interested
