It doesn’t matter if Kinara is located a little way away from the food hub in Central Siglap. People craving authentic North Indian cuisine won’t mind working up their appetite by taking a slightly longer walk to this traditional Indian food joint. Kinara is probably one of the very few places to have a tandoor with spicy and tangy chicken tikka bursting with flavours- a hot favourite from India. Among others, there is the murgh peshawari, and soft and delicate ajwain machli tikka. Try these and you’ll know that North Indians take their spices seriously. Apart from all these, you can also choose from a variety of crispy naan (Indian Flatbread). Flavours include garlic and mint if you slide that way or minced mutton or cheese stuffed inside if you’re feeling particularly famished.
