In a time where inflation seems to dictate rising prices, Luke’s Lobster Singapore is making waves with its Lobster Roll price adjustments with its Signature Lobster Roll starting at just $25.50 (U.P. $29.50), which comes with 4oz (113gm) of pure Maine lobster meat – setting a new standard for transparency and disrupting the industry's conventional pricing models of lobster rolls, through dealing directly with local lobstermen in Maine.

Luke’s Lobster is rolling out three brand-new Lobster Rolls, starting with the Warm Butter Lobster Roll – a customer requested launch that gained popularity following the launch in the US last December.

In conjunction with National Day, Luke’s Lobster will be surfing up a Mala Lobster Roll and Kombu Butter Lobster Roll on 1 August – made in collaboration with Atas Butter, an artisanal local brand churning the freshest cultured butter in Singapore.

Since its first day, Luke’s Lobster has been an advocate for transparency and has been committed to only serving traceable sustainable seafood. Known for dealing openly and fostering direct relationships with local lobstermen in Maine, Luke’s Lobster has created a partnership that brings value to both the customers and Maine’s fishing community – turning the family-owned business into a cult-favourite in the USA and Asia.

Luke’s Lobster’s long standing relationships with lobstermen they know and trust also means the brand can serve seafood rolls at fair, affordable market-rate prices all year round. The brand’s unwavering commitment to transparency also guarantees that every Maine-style Lobster Roll served in Singapore is piled with 4oz of pure lobster meat and has the perfect flavour, texture, and food safety because it is cared for the Maine way, from dock to plate.

Customers can indulge in each 4oz Lobster Roll with confidence, knowing they are savouring pure lobster meat, sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Maine.

Warm Butter Lobster Roll

Following the successful launch of the Warm Butter Lobster Roll (SGD $25.50) in the US, Luke’s Lobster Singapore is thrilled to welcome it to the brand’s mainstay menu. A lobster roll highly requested by customers, the new addition features 4oz of lobster knuckle and claw meat that has been warmed, seasoned with butter, a touch of lemon and a sprinkle of Luke’s secret seasoning, for a comforting indulgence that is sweet, buttery and citrusy all at once.

Luke’s Lobster Singapore is set to debut two new seasonal rolls in the spirit of Singapore’s 58th National Day. A spin-off of its Luke’s Goes Local campaign which saw the brand collaborating with four chefs and restaurants (Thevar, FatFuku, Birds of a Feather and Park Bench Deli), the collaboration focuses on local producers this time with Atas Butter – a small-scale, cultured butter artisan.

Run by former Silicon Valley engineer, Daryl Yeo, Atas Butter is a new independent business that started in 2022 with a simple goal of developing delicious butter creations with Asian flavours. A partnership that is underpinned by a common thread of preserving the quality of ingredients, what makes Atas Butter stand out is Yeo’s practice of only culturing the freshest cream without additives to churn, before proceeding to hand-knead the butter.

Launching 1 August 2023, the Kombu Butter Lobster Roll will feature chunks of 4oz lobster meat tossed in Japanese kelp butter made from hand-chopped kombu and locally made cultured butter – a flavour bomb of umami that accentuates the seafood’s innate sweetness.

The Mala Butter Lobster Roll on the other hand, packs a punch with Atas Butter’s very own secret mala mixture, offering a medium level spiced roll that is a perfect balance and sweet and spicy. These rolls are best paired with a pint of Lion Beer ($12 a pint, $18 for two pints).
