Rolina has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a roadside stall set up by founder Mr Tham outside Novena Church more than 50 years ago.Mr Tham, who learnt how to make curry puffs from a sailor when he was just 19. Rolina is named from a twist to its original name “Novena" by the customer. Each curry puff - golden, crisp, melt-in-your-mouth - is prepared by hand.
