Firangi Superstar will be celebrating Diwali this November. Chef Thiru and his team have put together a special menu, and we’re excited to share more about it with you.
In the spirit of Diwali, Firangi Superstar will be donating 10 percent of proceeds from lunch and dinner sales from the Firangi Superstar Diwali week from Monday 1 to Saturday 6 November 2021 to Solar Buddy. Founded in 2011, the organisation is dedicated to raising global awareness and designing solar light solutions to children living in energy poverty. A meaningful way to celebrate the festival of lights.
The Firangi Superstar Diwali menu is available for 6 days, from Monday 1 to Saturday 6 November 2021. With lunch being a more casual dining period, the Diwali menu will be available for a la carte orders. If guests come by for dinner, Firangi Superstar offers a set menu available at $185++ per person.
Highlights include The Runner Duck, a foie gras torchon that, while unusual for an Indian restaurant, is beautifully paired with a green apple chutney, and deftly spiced with chat masala. Prized Pincers pictured above is also a favourite – crab cutlets are served with a rich masala sauce, and caviar, and a heady crab rasam on the side to wash it all down.

Once the dishes get larger, the grand Rolls Rolley Sire, a Rangers Valley Côte de Boeuf arrives. It’s definitely out of character for an Indian restaurant, but Firangi Superstar has always walked its own path. Of course, there are entirely vegetarian options for everything on the menu as well.
For the adventurous, Firangi Superstar's General Manager and Bar Manager, Cal and Ben have also put together an explorative cocktail and wine pairing list at $99++ per person.
