LivingveggiebyAnia is all about healthy vegan and delicious food. I do believe it's possible to keep a healthy diet and yet not to compromise the flavor. Food is a pleasure and can be also our most effective medicine.

I like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested in cooking classes or simple just tasting of vegan food.

Want an idea for term break?

We would like to invite you with your children for a fully hands on cooking class.

Our class is a great family oriented experience, where you can bond and learn together with your small ones.

You will prepare 3 healthy dishes from scratch : banana pancakes, raw strawberry jam and burgers - all dairy free and gluten free.

During the class we do not use hot oven nor sharp knives.

You will receive set of recipes so you can replicate at home.

We will also cover basic nutrition for children.

We understand that kids can be fussy eaters so we are flexible to discuss the menu.

To ensure your safety we only accept families (people living under the same household).


Basic price for one adult (parent or helper) and up to 2 children is $95. Additional Child $15, additional adult $25

If you are looking for some healthy recipes perfect for a family dinner or a dinner party our raw cooking class can help.

We, will show you how to prepare 2 delicious recipes, step by step , you can either prepare it simultaneously during the class or observe and prepare it later.

Raw tacos are a great light appetizer or a healthy finger food to nibble on in front of TV. I am going to show you how to prepare raw ‘’walnut meat’’ - I love it as a non-processed alternative that still fills you up and provides you with tons of protein.

Delicious raw vegan lasagne – prepared from scratch from fresh ingredients. it is all about balancing a myriad of flavours you will get from the wholefood ingredients needed for the lasagne.

These dishes are perfect for vegans and meat eaters as we all need some delicious healthy and light dinner sometimes.

Both dishes are 100% plant based and gluten free
