Find the snazziest of cocktails at Anouska’s Bar, an ode to Anouska Hempel, the famed Bond girl.

Her selection of drinks will take you for a spin and we recommend Escape to Kaifeng (house-made oriental chrysanthemum cordial, herbal Tanqueray Gin), Yellow Pot (tequila reposado, elderflower liqueur, gentian liqueur, lemon, soda) and Hong Long Choc (whisky, lapsang souchong, chocolate liqueur, bitters).

Pair these with Sichuan Thunder Fries, Assorted Dim Sum Basket, Deep Fried Vegetable Spring Roll or shoot for something filling like Signature Roast BBQ Duck, Crispy Sichuan Chicken or 14-Day Aged Tofu Mapo Style.

Having helmed the bar programmes at award – winning establishments from Singapore’s own Tippling Club to The Zetter Townhouse, London, Czech-born Kamil has created Anouska’s vision with a selection of signature cocktails (SGD 22++ each) that incorporates native Chinese herbal ingredients, and sweet botanical accents.

Dining at ANOUSKA'S

Bringing the creativity and style from the adjoining Singapore Chinese Icon, Yellow Pot Restaurant, Chef Sebastian has created an ingenious offering of Chinese fare made for both intimate gatherings and larger groups.

Favorites include Lemongrass Pork Sliders (SGD 12++) topped with bonito and wakame slaw; Curry Marinated Prawn Ball “Xia Qiú” (SGD 14++) with fried curry leaves; or pop a couple of highly addictive Sichuan-style Popcorn Chicken (SGD 14++)—all paired perfectly with a selection of cocktails.

You are in for an eccentric, elegant surprise as you enter the bar, which includes large golden fans and strong hues of black, gold and yellow, layered with Oriental screens and calligraphy wallpaper from Anouska’s personal collection.
