Chinoiserie is Chef Justin Quek’s new modern Asian dining restaurant, located at The Shoppes at the Marina Bay Sands, and the new brunch and high tea menu focuses on providing dining experience set in an elegant restaurant ‘that is sure to elevate the weekend to another level.’

Chinoiserie’s new ‘Souffle High Tea’ package is a twist on the classic afternoon tea ritual with a decadent menu that fuses Asian culinary culture with classic French dishes. Alongside a selection of gourmet finger sandwiches, assorted savoury bites and sweet treats are Chef’s signature mushroom cappuccino and foie gras long bao.

For the final course, Chef Justin Quek takes it up a notch with a hot dessert choice of melt-in-your-mouth flourless grand marnier souffle, a timeless crepe suzette tinged with orange, or a banana flambé served with salted gula java ice cream.

Chef Justin Quek’s Souffle High Tea is available from Saturday 3 November for $58 ++ for two people including a selection of hot or iced tea and coffee, or $118++ for two people including a glass of R&L Legras JQ Selection Champagne.

Toast to the weekend in style over Chinoiserie’s ‘Rosé Weekend Brunch’, featuring a three, four or five course menu while indulging in a glass of premium Bordeaux Rose.

The menu features a selection of starters, such as dainty pieces of dim sum or fin de claire oysters, decadent barn-laid egg dishes of fluffy scrambled eggs with crabmeat or slow-cooked eggs with Spanish pork, paired with a soup and a main if diners fancy.

We went in a group of 6 to Chinoiserie for Sunday brunch. It was an excellent experience - so many choices on the menu, every dish was delicious, it was complete value for what we had. Ambience was perfect so we ended up leaving only at 3pm. Unfortunately it was almost empty. If you shy away from great restaurants thinking that they are super expensive try this one out. For what we had it was total value. Can't wait for our next brunch date!!!
