Helmed by glowing executive chef Gonzalo Landin— the menu takes inspiration from the infamous Set of Six novel, and gifts you the virtual opportunity to set sail and journey around the world! Recreating the travel experiences of SoS author, Joseph Conrad — the cuisine and drinks served here ties together an interesting collection of flavours and stories from: Italy, France, England, Chile, and French Guiana. The absolutely stunning space at this cocktail bar is a complimentary treat for the eyes, tastefully decked out with glitz, disco lights, hanging monkeys and pink-feathered trees. Beyond their delicious cocktails to sip on, you get wasabi peas to munch away too — so head on down for a whimsical time!

At Anouska’s, get transported to the disco era of the 70’s and 80’s — all the while sampling her favourite drinks from around the world. Showcasing a fine range of premium wines, local craft beers, shelf spirits, artisanal Chinese teas and cocktails carrying sprinkles of nostalgic Eastern influence — if you’re looking for an urban escape from city-life, this one does the trick! In the buzzing neighbourhood of Holland Village, the JOMO Group launched its first hybrid bar, restaurant and bottle shop — right on the brink of the new year turnover, 30 December, 2020! This extremely wallet-friendly spot may very well be your new favourite for 2021! Walk through welcoming doors to witness a quaint locale for craft and bottled beers on tap, including Jomo’s superb low-carb lager ($8 per pint). They also have a neat assortment of shots, wines and spirits, beginning at 5$. Your drinks will definitely pair well with the tasty bar bites they serve up here too. 

Head over to the bottle shop and appreciate the competitive pricing for over 250 wines and spirits, from $50 per bottle. According to their team, this venue is the first of five more they will be aiming to open around other neighbourhoods in Singapore, over the next 6 months!

Making its first introductions to Singapore on September 2020, Beats, Bites & Cocktails has been a much-anticipated new concept! Revealing itself in form of a 50-seat contemporary lounge, kitchen and music space, this new drinking den is located at the bustling Bukit Pasoh Road. Spear-heading the BBC team are Caroline Tan and Douglas Williams, who have been running the award-winning cocktail bar BBC Beijing, Boasting an extensive beverage programme, you’ll find innovative and elevated drinks, like the theatrical bubble filled with berry and citrus flavoured smoke sitting atop a cocktail! Furthermore, you get to immerse yourself in the happening music vibe — resident Music Director DJ Shigeki will be spinning out dynamic clubbing beats that take you on an upward spiral!
