● The amount of shipping per unit is as follows.
[Hokkaido] \ 1500, [Honshu] \ 1000, [Shikoku] \ 1000, [Kyushu] \ 1500, [Okinawa] \ 2500 (Revised on November 1, 2019)
Up to 12 regular bottle-shaped 750ml bottles I will do it. If your order includes decanters, magnum sizes, miniature bottles, food items, etc., the shipping fee may not be calculated correctly, so we will inform you of the correct shipping fee later by email confirming the order.
● Returns
Please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives in the unlikely event that a defective item occurs. We will responsibly return and exchange (shipping fee will be borne by us). (If the item is out of stock, the price will be refunded.)
● If the item is returned or canceled (after the item is shipped) due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be charged. In the case of cash on delivery delivery, a round-trip shipping fee will be charged and the return trip will be the shipping fee specified by Yamato Transport and will be expensive.
● We will deliver it by Yamato Transport Takkyubin.
Please note that if you are absent for a long period of time and cannot accept the item for 7 days after shipping, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will be responsible for the shipping fee. (Cash on delivery, credit card, and in-stock items will be shipped on the same day if you place an order in the morning.) However, if it takes time to approve the credit, it will be shipped the next day if it is not shipped on the same day or if it is crowded.
● If you need a receipt for company or business use, we will issue a receipt.
● We mainly use recycled cardboard boxes for packaging. In order to prevent damage and leakage, even one may be packed upright in a large box. For the same reason, gift wrapping may be packed by the method described above after wrapping.
