From the sublime chants of 10th century mystics, to the wild harmonies of 14th century Ars Nova, La Voix Médiévale presents an enthralling programme of sacred and secular vocal music from Medieval Europe.
Sung in Latin, French, Italian and Middle English, many of the compositions in this repertoire were performed by (some of which were also composed by) women.
Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay is Singapore’s national performing arts centre. We present a diverse line-up of more than 3,000 performances annually.
