The hotel location is strategically convenient as it is at the corner of Inyar Road and Windermere Road accessible to the town as well as to Kamayut and Hlaing Townships.

It is clean and hygienic with hand & bath soap provided in dispensers.
The breakfast is super with a variety of Burmese cuisine as well as an egg station, bread & toaster, and a coffee dispenser where you can choose your coffee with seasonal fruits for desert at your choice .

I find the hotel and staff very friendly , encouraging and peaceful.

The staff are polite and friendly, the food is great, all fresh and lots for vegges, very clean rooms and lots of space and very quiet, plenty of hot water. The hotel is away from the traffic which is very busy. Plenty of places to see but it is best to walk as traffic is bad all over Yangon, taxi if you need to go further and the price of a 30 minute taxi ride is about US$4 but most of all enjoy walking through the back streets and meeting the local people along the way!
