Made with coconut leaves, the bag is handwoven by two artisans. The bag’s shade of green, which the Lee Wee & Brothers team calls “grilled avocado”, is owed to the natural drying and fading of the coconut leaves. The bag is then gingerly placed in a box complete with a floral arrangement featuring the freshest blooms of the season. The floral arrangement is omakase style, featuring a garden rose, delicate amaranthus and orchids specially curated by the florist. The box is then ribboned for a sophisticated touch.
Like its luxury-bag counterparts, the Otah Minaudière comes complete with a dust bag for the full unboxing experience. Ornamental in nature and not meant for heavy usage, each bag comes with care instructions on how to preserve the look before it fades completely.
