True Yoga was established in November 2004 with a centre located in Pacific Plaza at Scotts Road, with over 13,000 sq ft of space and the centre has 3 Hot Yoga Studios, 1 Yoga Studio, 2 Pilates Reformer Studio and 2 Personal Training Studios.
True Yoga offers more than 200 classes covering 35 different types of Yoga, Hot Yoga, Dance and Pilates Matwork classes each week.
