UFIT Group Training classes hit all the right buttons, whether you’re in love with the great outdoors, want to work it to music in UFIT studios or whether you’re a CrossFit addict, there is something in store for you.

 

WHY GROUP TRAINING?

Training together in a group can help motivate you towards your goals and it’s just a lot more fun! Like-minded individuals can help push you beyond your comfort zones in a challenging yet supportive environment. When you work hard, sweat hard and laugh hard together, there is no turning back. TWO TYPES OF GROUP CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM:

GROUP OUTDOOR CLASSES

UFIT’s Outdoor Bootcamps are an opportunity to exercise with our top trainers in some of Singapore’s most beautiful outdoor locations. You can choose between the cardio-burners, Burn and Burn RX, our strength building class Build, or for more of a down tempo mobility focus choose Move. Box, Run and Yoga are feature classes focusing on a specific skill. Metcon and HIIT are UFIT Premium Classes using a mixture of equipment in varying movements and intensity to build strength and increase heart rate in a fast-paced fun group setting.

 

GROUP INDOOR CLASSES

UFIT’s Indoor Classes are studio-based exercise and take place at either the UFIT CBD Hub at Club Street or at UFIT one-north. A combination of performance-based fitness and balance classes, these offer a broad range of work-outs and work-ins that can either standalone as your core focus or sit alongside your personal training packages for greater variety to improve general fitness, strength and mobility.
