Providing out-of-the-gym style fitness programmes for kids and youth of all ages, Rick (or a member of his team) will design a unique fitness programme for your child that will put them on the path to health, fitness and well-being. 

Sessions are fun-filled and involve movement-based activities and games that develop balance, coordination, endurance, agility and strength, and are tailored to meet the current fitness levels of your sprogs.
