Here’s where you ‘Get wet, Tone up, and Get fit!’ — using exercise practices of combining the benefits of cycling and water rehabilitation. Aqua Spin offers three different programs supporting fun and effective workouts, and sessions are conducted at luxurious hotel pools across the island.

Newcomers can enjoy the Aqua Signature (perfect for short sprints and active recovery), or the Aqua Endure (built on high tempo music and long intervals).

Looking for a more invigorating challenge? Try the Aqua Power for strength training (utilizes resistance bands, aqua strength equipment and the bike), as this one gets your willpower tested regardless of your athletic abilities!

"OMG & WOW, all in one breathe. I did an Aquaspin Tough class at the Shangri La Hotel today. It was absolutely excellent. I am totally inspired. Not only was it fun, but it was also hard. And still fun. It really was hard work, but I enjoyed being with everyone else in the class, including the smiles and the grimaces and the laughter. The facilities are great. Feel like bringing the whole family!!!!"
