Everyday acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people as the traditional custodians of the land on which they operate.
They pay their respects to elders past, present and emerging and to all First Nations Peoples. In 2017 they realised a long held dream of theirs, to open a bakery. Through a chance meeting with Boris Portnoy the idea came to life and All Are Welcome was born.
Boris had his keen eye on the old Christian Science Reading Room at the top of the hill in Northcote, after some persistence the lease was locked in and the concept began. All Are Welcome was written on the door of the old reading room and it seemed more than fitting to continue that ethos. Image Credit: Everyday Coffee
