Accompanying three colourful mezze dips, guests are offered complimentary housemade Saluf, a rustic Middle Eastern flatbread. A delicate yet slightly chewy texture with smokey overtones, each Saluf is cooked directly on hot stones. Diners are enticed to tear, share, and savour it because of the hand-rolling process.
As a palate cleanser in between bites, there are cool pickles, a spicy tomato relish called Matbuha, and a sesame and black garlic blend called Black Tahini.
