Binomio, a name synonymous with Spanish fine dining in Singapore, has officially started a new chapter with its move to the famous Raffles Singapore. After more than a decade at Craig Road, the restaurant now has a distinguished new location that combines its signature warmth and friendliness with elevated gastronomy.
This much-anticipated move not only improves the dining experience, but also brings new design, culinary, and lifestyle components that cement Binomio's position as one of Singapore's most distinct Spanish restaurants.
A Sophisticated New Space

The new Binomio exudes an artistic yet friendly atmosphere, combining Spanish beauty with sophisticated luxury. In a first for Asia, Sevillian artist Fernando Oriol was commissioned to create dazzling gold-leaf sculptures and custom iron-and-brass installations, giving the restaurant a contemporary yet timeless feel.
Nature-inspired works complement Binomio's characteristic blue interiors, which are enhanced by hints of orange and gold that add warmth and elegance to the dining room.
Dual-Concept Experience

Guests can now have a dual-concept experience at Raffles Singapore. The patio bar provides an exciting atmosphere for tapas, Spanish wines and distinctive drinks, making it ideal for socialising against Raffles' historic backdrop.
Inside, the main dining hall retains the intimacy that Binomio has long been known for, with an open kitchen that offers a glimpse into the skill of Spanish cooking. For special events or corporate gatherings, a private dining room stocked with premium wines is an exclusive and opulent choice.
Chef Félix Noguera’s Culinary Vision

Helming the kitchen is Executive Chef Félix Noguera, whose career spans Michelin-starred restaurants and globally renowned dining groups. Chef Félix, who honed his skill at Can Fabes and Aponiente in Spain and led kitchens at Nobu London and Cipriani Downtown Miami, brings authenticity and modern elegance to Binomio.
His ideology emphasises sustainability and the creative reinterpretation of traditional Spanish tastes. With rigorous attention to detail, he advocates for the full utilisation of ingredients—clarifying oils, slow-simmering stocks, and refining every component to showcase each ingredient in its purest form.
A Menu that Marries Tradition and Innovation

The tapas bar offers a variety of fresh small appetisers designed for sharing. Highlights include Cod, Mushroom and Truffle croquetas, as well as the unique Binomio version with chicken thigh and 60-month-aged Ibérico ham.
The Chorizo a la sidra, served in a rustic bread bowl, and the Zamburiñas, grilled young scallops served in-shell, are standouts for their visual appeal and delicious flavour. Seafood enthusiasts will appreciate Bienmesabe de Lubina, which features marinated fried sea bass with a paprika taste, while Ensaladilla de gambas y encurtidos offers freshness with prawns, potatoes, and pickled accents.
In the main dining room, elegant plates take centre stage. The Carpaccio de Lubina, topped with truffle dressing and pine nuts, exudes elegance and simplicity. Bogavante with salsa de marisco, a delicate lobster dish with tableside-poured stock, exemplifies fine dining artistry, while Silla de cordero focusses on slow-cooked lamb finished with smoked carrot purée and thyme demi-glace.
For a hearty shared experience, the Fideua de pato reimagines paella with angel hair noodles, duck breast, and mushrooms, resulting in a rustic meal rich in umami.
Sweet Endings and Crafted Drinks

Binomio's desserts are delicious yet elegant, with the Classic Basque Cheesecake featuring a caramelised crust and creamy interior, and the Churros con Chocolate a comforting favourite. The ever-changing Cake of the Day surprises customers looking for something sweet and distinctive.
The beverage menu is as remarkable, with creative cocktails, mocktails, and Spanish wines expertly complemented with the cuisine. The Peach Mule mocktail provides a fragrant, invigorating lift, while the Orchid Smash combines citrus brightness with creamy tang.
The renowned Singapore Sling is given Binomio's sophisticated touch, and wine aficionados can choose from a wide range of options, including Cava Maria Casanovas Brut de Brut Nature.
Brunch del Domingo
Binomio now offers Brunch del Domingo every Sunday, which costs $88++ with soft drinks or $158++ with free-flow Cava. The experience starts with a variety of tapas, moves to robust mains like beef cannelón, and ends with sweet treats like churros. Served from midday in the exquisite setting of Raffles Singapore, it's a social and culinary affair designed to be shared.
Binomio's move to Raffles Singapore marks a watershed moment for Spanish cuisine in the city. With Chef Félix at the helm and a revitalised vision for authentic yet enhanced eating, this is a location that will captivate both repeat patrons and first-time visitors.
