Adda, the Neo Indian restaurant helmed by Michelin Star Chef Manjunath Mural is back with its yearly offering of Christmas Turkey with a twist. Putting his own unique take on a traditional roast turkey with trimmings, Chef Mural has created a Tandoori Turkey that will wow your senses.

The high in demand but hard to find bird this year has been given a superstar treatment and lovingly marinated in chef’s secret spiced yoghurt marinade for over 24 hours and roasted in Indian traditional clay oven. There is no mention of cranberry sauce, gravy or traditional stuffing at this restaurant, Adda’s tandoori turkey is stuffed with Dum Biriyani and served with Tomato Makhni Sauce, Raita and roasted vegetables.

Chef Mural has curated a Christmas Special Menu consisting of items like Turkey Gilafi Seekh Kebab, Turkey Kofta Masaledar Curry, Turkey Blue Cheese Kulcha and Oreo and Mixed Nuts Kheer which is well complimented by Christmas Special Drinks on the menu – Spiced Gluhwein and Masala Pistachio Mudslide. The Christmas menu will be featured on the 23rd - 25th of December. Head down to Adda to get your taste of a Christmas unknown but laced with the most exciting flavours.
