Odette (2015) is award-winning Chef-Owner Julien Royer’s first restaurant, located at the iconic National Gallery Singapore.

Working with the world’s best boutique producers, Odette serves Modern French cuisine that is guided by Royer’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir and artisanal produce sourced from boutique producers around the world.

Odette is named in tribute to Royer’s grandmother who taught him how some of the most remarkable dishes can come from the purest ingredients, and believed in ensuring that the fundamental pleasures of enjoying a meal are delivered in the most thoughtful, welcoming and hospitable manner.

This ethos has directed every aspect of the Odette experience, harking to a new age in fine dining.

Save the best for last. This one is a three Michelin starrer offering one of the best home dining experiences in the city. Their Hokkaido Uni is a real head turner and it comes with beautiful brown butter, tangy finger lime and yuzu. Their Singapore Garden is literally a garden on a plate. It is adorned with some of the most vivid flowers and is accompanied with Kombu and pickled tomatoes, giving it a fresh and healthy look. Call it a night with their freshly baked Chouquettes, Madeleines and Caneles Bordelais and go to bed more satisfied than ever.

Best French food in Singapore. Ticks all the boxes - great interesting food, attentive service and beautiful location. Had lunch here, which is very good value for what you get
