I love The Oyster Bank. Super fresh oysters!and they have so many different unique cocktails and the staff are friendly as well. Really chill vibes. Enjoyed the bara chirashi don too. Quite an extensive list of drinks, including wine and sake, though my favourite would definitely be the Antidote no. 5 cocktail which is infused with lavender. Truly a great experience. Happy hour deals are good, got a bottle of good wine at $55.
