Bincho at Min Jiang

The name of the restaurant is inspired by Bincho-­‐tan, the unique, white charcoal used in Japan to grill yakitori.

Chef Asai spent a considerable amount of time in Japan focused on the art of charcoal grilling.

In keeping true to the original yakitori-­‐ya inspired concept, tori {chicken} is featured on the Bincho signature dishes list.

Expect $68, $90, and $180 set menus.
