Artemis Grill offers a seasonal menu inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of the Mediterranean.

A Roman term meaning “sea in the middle of the earth”, the Mediterranean region was the main thoroughfare for trade, with waves of culinary traditions absorbed by local populations over the centuries.

Mediterranean cooking - cuisine of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea - typically includes seasonal local vegetables, traditional grains and legumes, fresh seafood and grilled meats.

With olive oil as the primary source of added fat, it is known as one of the healthiest cuisines in the world.
