Sit down on Sunday, 4 April 2021 between 12.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. (last pour at 3.00pm) to a hearty Easter brunch at Town, with a generous selection of dishes prepared à la minute including charred paprika octopus and 6 hour-braised Australian lamb shank in red wine sauce.

Don’t miss the Easter specials: Huevos Rotos Con Chistorra, consisting of free-range eggs, chorizo, rosti and Manchego cheese, as well as the enticing dessert sharing platter, starring ‘Rabbit Ears’ cupcake, vanilla custard-filled hot cross bun, pina colada ivory chocolate quail egg, calamansi coconut nest mini eggs and more.

Enjoy a cheery Easter Afternoon Tea in the sunlit Courtyard, with savouries including caviar-topped Norwegian smoked salmon tartare blinis with sour cream.
